Wizkid, the Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, has come through with ‘Money And Love’, his highly anticipated single.
The track produced by P2J is from ‘More Love, Less Ego’, his forthcoming album.
‘Money And Love’ is the singer’s second song in two years — after the release of ‘Bad To Me’ in September.
In the track, Wizkid gives Buju (BNXN and Banton) a mention while promising to “shift the panties” of a certain lady.
“Nobody like me body like me/ Baby, when I pull up/ Put you all in my jeans/ Big lollipop baby lick like ice cream/ Big bad Wiz/ Mr. shift your panties/ F**k you to Buju Banton or Buju Benson Girl, any record, girl, I go make you sing,” he sings.
In a Twitter post, the singer also revealed that ‘More Love, Less Ego’ will be released on November 4.
With several hit projects and awards, Wizkid has established himself as a household name in the global music industry.
The ‘Reckless’ crooner’s career has spanned over a decade with four studio albums to his credit.
‘Made In Lagos’, his fourth studio album, got two nominations at the 2022 edition of the Grammy Awards.
Essence,’ a song from the 2020 album, has been breaking records internationally. In October 2021, the single hit a new peak of No. 10 on the Billboard Hot 100.
