Seun Kuti, the Nigerian singer, has put out a three-track remix extended play (EP) titled ‘African Dreams’.
The singer announced the release of the body of work on Friday.
In the EP, Seun featured Black Thought, the American rapper, with production from Molotov.
The tracks in the project include ‘African Dreams’, ‘Bad Man Lighter’ and ‘Kuku Kee Me’.
The body of work taps from the Afrobeat sound made popular by Fela Kuti, the late music legend, while also featuring the creative rapping skills of Black Thought.
Since his debut album ‘Many Things’ in 2008, Seun, who is the son of Fela, has continued to enjoy positive reception from Afrobeat lovers.
He also has two albums and three extended plays (EPs) to his credit. The albums include ‘From Africa With Fury: Rise’ and ‘Many Things’.
