Desmond Elliot, the Nigerian actor turned politician, has celebrated Victoria, his wife, on the occasion of their 18th wedding anniversary.
The lawmaker took to his Instagram page on Sunday to share an adorable photo of himself and his partner in matching danshiki wears.
The photo was accompanied by a succinct caption wherein the politician expressed surrealism at the longevity of their marriage while restating his love for his wife.
“18 years and still hitting it like it was yesterday. Love you, Babamai,” he wrote.

The once “movie fans’ favourite” had gotten a lot of hot air when a video of him criticising the #EndSARS protesters on the floor of the Lagos state house of assembly surfaced last year.
Elliot had — before then — gotten a huge number of Nigerian youths on social media infuriated when he plainly stated that “he is a product of godfatherism”.
“A godfather always tries to look after the interest of his people. I’m a product of godfatherism but Tinubu has never for one day asked me to do something you know would be detrimental,” he had said.
He also became Nigeria Twitter’s number one scapegoat, with memes and banter straying his way for months.
