David Adeleke, Nigerian Afropop singer better known as Davido, has announced that he would be releasing ‘A Good Time’, his new album, in October 2019.
The 26-year-old CEO of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) spoke on Wednesday at the private listening of his album, which held at Landmark events, Victoria Island.
Although he did not give a precise date of release, Davido said ‘A Good Time’ would see him team up with both indigenous and foreign hitmakers.
He had previously, before collaborating with Chris Brown, revealed that he would work with the likes of Quavo, Meek Mill, Migos, Justin Bieber, and Lil Baby for the new album.
‘A Good Time’ would come as a follow up to ‘Omo Baba Olowo’, his 2012 album, ‘Son of Mercy’, his 2016 EP, and his recent collaborative single with Chris Brown entitled ‘Blow My Mind‘.
The talented singer also spoke recently of his plans to officially tie the knot with Chioma Avril Rowland, his longtime girlfriend.
“We have not started all that plans yet. 2020 is the year for sure,” the singer said.
This is after he had concluded an introduction ceremony with his would be wife’s family on Monday.
The 24-year-old chef is reported to have met Davido while studying economics at Babcock University.
