Born in Atlanta and raised in the commercial city of Lagos, Davido rose to fame with the release of ‘Dami Duro’, a single off his debut album ‘Omo Baba Olowo’.

Ever since, the talented singer has seized the music industry by the grip with his consistent releases, collaborative deals and sold-out shows which have earned him a name in the entertainment space as an icon of the much-acclaimed Afrobeats genre.

Prior to the release of ‘Blow My Mind‘, his collaborative single with Chris Brown, which topped music streaming platforms, the singer had announced a forthcoming body of work which he stated would feature the likes of Justin Bieber, Quavo, Meek Mill, and Migos.

Ahead of the release of his forthcoming album, which he had earlier scheduled for October, Davido had put out ‘Risky’, a song that immediately hit one million views on YouTube barely 24 hours after.
