David Adeleke, Nigerian Afropop singer better known as Davido, and Chioma Avril Rowland, his much-acclaimed girlfriend, have welcomed the arrival of their first child together.
Davido took to his Twitter page on Sunday to share a picture where he can be seen carrying the newborn.

Davido had on Saturday night shared a picture of Chioma and himself at the hospital. He also told a fan that he was in the delivery room with his wife-to-be.
“I Dey delivery room brother ! Make we talk this matter after,” he had written in reaction to the fan who had asked him about his album.
Last month, the Afropop singer had asked Chioma to spend the rest of her life with him, after which the duo’s families celebrated the union in a blissful introduction ceremony.
Few weeks later, Davido broke the news that his wife-to-be was pregnant. Chioma would later embark on a baby shopping spree but not for their unborn child.
Chioma, 24, is reported to have met Davido while studying economics at Babcock University.
