‘Ada Omo Daddy’, a film produced by Mercy Aigbe, the Nollywood actress, is set for a cinema debut on December 15.


Aigbe unveiled the cast members via her Instagram page on Tuesday.

The movie, directed by Akay Mason and Adebayo Tijani, featured top movie stars including Charles Okafor, who has not been on the screen for several years.

‘Ada Omo Daddy’ also has cast members like Sola Sobowale, Dele Odule, Tomi Ojo, Fred Amata, Nkechi Blessing, Chinweta Agu, and Omowunmi Dada.


Others are Fausat Balogun, Adeniyi Johnson, Wunmi Toriola, Tayo Faniran, Mariam Peters, Chief Kanran, Jumoke Odetola, Selilat Adebowale, and Debbie Shokoya

The cast members also include Phyna, the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven winner, Adediwura Gold, Carol King, Yinka Salau, and Tobi Olasco.

Aigbe came to the limelight after displaying her acting prowess in ‘Ara’, a movie produced by Remi Olupo in 2006.


In 2016, the movie star founded the Mercy Aigbe Gentry School of Drama. She has since then been featured in movies like ‘J.B.O: Jugada Baba Ole’, ‘Palava’, ’77 Bullets’, ‘Brotherhood’, and ‘Eri Ife’.

Others are; ‘Lagos Real Fake Life’, ‘Swallow’, ‘Crazy Grannies’, ‘Obsessions’, ‘Ajo’, ‘Olulaja’, ‘Second Act’, ‘200 Million’, The Screen play’, and ‘Little Drop of Happy’.
