BBNaija’s Chizzy, wife welcome first child — 4 months after wedding

Chizzy Francis, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven housemate, has welcomed his first child with his wife. 

On Tuesday, the reality TV star took to his social media pages to appreciate God for blessing him with the bundle of joy.

The 30-year-old also revealed that he welcomed a baby boy — even though he had prayed to God for a girl.

“I asked God for a princess but He gave me an heir to the throne,” the reality star wrote on X.

Fans and colleagues of the BBNaija star have taken to his pages to congratulate him.

Doyin David described Chizzy as “the latest daddy in town” while Pharmsavi called him “my brother with a good character”.

“Congratulations latest daddy in town @chizzyofficial_1 God bless your family,” Doyin wrote.

During the 2022 edition of the BBNaija reality show, Chizzy and Doyin were in a relationship while in the house.

In August, Doyin said she and Chizzy had their differences in handling conflicts which was why their relationship did not work out.

Since leaving the Big Brother house, Chizzy has continued to make a name for himself in the entertainment space.

Last November, the reality star held his traditional wedding with his partner in Anambra state.
