BBNaija: Tega not from Delta… our wives don’t misbehave, says Okowa’s aide

Ossai Success, the aide to Ifeanyi Okowa, governor of Delta, says Tega Dominic, BBNaija season six housemate, cannot be from the state as claimed in some quarters.

The motivational speaker was reacting to the controversies trailing the mother of one in a Facebook post on Thursday.

Tega has been in the public eye recently over her perceived relationship with Boma, her fellow housemate, on the show.

The pair had left tongues wagging after they kissed passionately and appeared to be getting more intimate.

Many lovers of the show had wondered why she would be indulging in such act despite being married.

Reacting to the development, Success said her personality is uncharacteristic of married women from Delta.

The governor’s aide claimed Tega hails from Cross Rivers state, adding that she only bears a name that is common in Delta.

“That Tega in #BBN is not from Delta State Please. Our married women and our wives don’t behave like that,” he wrote.

“With all due respect , She is proudly from another state in Nigeria. In case you don’t know she said she is from Cross Rivers state.”

Success added that people should stop linking the reality TV star’s character with the people of Delta state.

“Because she is answering a name that is similar to Delta names doesn’t mean she is from Delta state,” he added.

“Take note before you start attaching her behavior to Delta people and please stop calling my name regarding her behavior in the house.”

Tega had earlier defended her actions on the show, saying she had told her husband she would do anything she likes prior to her foray into the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
