Terseer Kiddwaya has emerged the fifth head of house (HoH) at the ongoing Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV show.
The 27-year-old entrepreneur from Benue state saw off competition from other housemates to clinch the much-coveted position after securing the highest points during the keenly contested game on Monday.
He consequently picked Tolani Shobajo, fellow housemate, as deputy.
Our new HoH is none other than #BBKiddwaya. As Biggie said, 'Robin has become Batman'. Congratulations!https://t.co/mBf8XWUNeo#BBLiveBlog#BBNaija pic.twitter.com/z9oixv4by4

This makes him the second male housemate to emerge HoH since the commencement of the show with Ozo being the first.
So far, the ‘Lockdown’ house has had three female HoH — namely Nengi, Lucy and Erica respectively.
The development means the duo will be exempted from this week’s eviction holding on Sunday in line with the newly introduced directive by Biggie, the instructive voice behind the show’s screen.
“All housemates, except HoH and Deputy HoH, will be up for nomination and therefore possible eviction each week as well as increased Voting power for those who are premium subscribers,” he had said.
There are 15 remaining housemates jostling for the N85 million grand prize following the eviction of Kaisha Umaru on Sunday.
Ka3na and Lilo were the first set to be evicted from the house followed by Tochi and Eric.
This year’s edition of the show has so far lived up to expectations when it comes to controversies and the usual social media frenzy.
This is despite the early fears that greeted the airing of the reality TV show as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
