BBNaija: ‘Boma and I crossed the line’ — Tega apologises to husband

Tega Dominic, the recently evicted housemate of the ongoing Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), says she crossed the line with her intimate relationship with Boma.

The pair was sent packing from the show alongside Peace and Michael on Sunday.

During her stay in the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house, Tega was in the public eye over her widely-condemned intimate relationship with Boma.

She was also on the receiving end of scathing attacks on social media after a video of her kiss with Boma went viral.

But in an interview on Tuesday, Tega said what she shared with Boma was never real.

She also admitted to going beyond her boundaries while apologising to her husband and Nigerians who feel offended by her actions.

“We talked and of course we were enjoying the buzz from the housemates, so we kept on doing it. We went on at it. Whatever happened between myself and Boma was pre discussed,” she said.

“So we had this discussion, it started like a joke and we started enjoying the buzz. So we decided to go on with it.

“Coming out of the show we realised we had pushed the button too far and it exploded. Definitely, I’m going to own up to everything I did and tender sincere apologies to Nigerians and of course my husband.”

AJ, Tega’s husband, had earlier disclosed that he will forgive her if she expresses remorse over her actions while in BBNaija.
