The mother of two, via her Instagram page, shared a tale of her childhood struggles and being raised by a single mother.
Staying true to her dreams and ambitions was what took her to the top, she said.
“I always knew somewhere deep in my heart that I “Annie” was created for bigger and better things, that this right here isn’t my life”, she wrote in the post.

According to the actress, “many doors” were slammed on her when she was trying to become a model but she never gave up.
Idibia also opened up about losing a sibling to the tuberculosis disease, when times became hard for her family.
Prior to that incident, she said her family was not always poor, adding that she was born with a silver spoon and life was easy “before the separation of our parents”.
Annie said she remains grateful to be able to rise above it all and even touch lives.
