Adamu Garba, ex-presidential aspirant, says 2Baba, Nigerian singer, should marry his baby mama.
Garba took to Instagram on Saturday to express his views on 2Baba’s marital strife with Annie Idibia, his wife.
Annie had slammed 2Baba for spending nights with his baby mama on the ground that he was visiting his kids.
2Baba got married to Annie in May 2012 and they both have two female children, Olivia Idibia and Isabella Idibia.
The singer had previously been in a relationship with Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajala-Adeoye, a second baby mama.
2Baba fathered two children with Sumbo and three with Pero, becoming a dad to seven kids in total.
Speaking on Annie’s outburst, Garba said Pero should have been the first wife if not for 2Baba’s “negligence”.
He advised the singer to marry her to bring about what he termed “perfect stability” on Annie’s side.
“I will like to advise him to tow our path of polygamy. There is no reason why you have a wife, I can’t call her a baby mama with all due respect. This woman has three children, two sons and a daughter,” Garba said.
“So automatically, she is a wife. His eldest children are with this Pero lady. If not for negligence from his own side, Pero should have been his first wife then Annie can be the second wife.
“To the best of my knowledge, the best solution for 2face now is to accelerate the process of bringing Pero as a wife into the family. Not just as a second wife, maybe the first wife.
“Because, as of right, she should be the first wife. You can’t have her and call her baby mama. That’s negligence. 2Face should marry her, bring her into the family, and see the perfect stability from Annie’s side.
“She will never rant online again. You can’t keep women. That’s why people like us have two and we’re thinking of having the third and fourth. 2Face should tow the path of his culture and bring his baby mamas to be his wives.”
