In 2021, Adeyemo was diagnosed with severe health issues affecting his lung, liver, and kidney.

He also reached out to the public for financial assistance and successfully raised funds to undergo surgery.

Adeyemo was widely recognised for his contributions to Nollywood, particularly in the Yoruba film industry.

His death came less than a week after Chikezie Uwazie, another actor, passed away — after undergoing a second brain surgery.

TheCable Lifestyle also reported how Murphy Afolabi, the film star, died after he slumped in the bathroom on May 14.

The family of Saint Obi on May 18 confirmed the death of the ace actor.
