When contacted by TheCable Lifestyle, Josephine Adeh, the FCT police spokesperson, said the force is not aware of the incident.

“Within Abuja, we have not heard any such report from our end. There is a need for me to also confirm if there is anything of such. Probably nobody has come to report, or they have not informed us yet,” she said.

On his part, William Ovye Aya, the Kogi police PRO, said: “I have not received such a report. But I will find out. Such a thing did not happen. One issue with people is even Abuja jurisdiction is also Abuja-Lokoja road. People do not know which jurisdiction to mention.”
