Ckay, the Nigerian singer, has come through with ‘Wahala’, his highly anticipated song featuring Olamide.
The 28-year-old announced the song’s release across all streaming platforms via his social media pages.
In ‘Wahala’, Ckay croons about his love interest who has an “innocent face” but looks like she would be a “problem”.
Olamide also delivers his exceptional rhyming verses and bars over the beat.
“Totori me make I to to to to to/ When I see you I dey fall in lo, lo, lo, lo-lo-love/
Dark skin complexion/ I have a confession/ I’ve been thinking things I can do to you osiso so/ Oh, baby, ma chérie/ Rendez-vous ce soir/ Make I show you something,” they sing.
This is not the first time they have worked together on a project.
Ckay featured on ‘Trumpet‘, a track off ‘Unruly‘, Olamide’s tenth studio album.
Born Chukwuka Ekweani, Ckay rose to stardom following the release of his hit song ‘Love Nwantiti’ in 2019.
In 2022, the song led the pack when the Billboard Afrobeats chart debuted.
Olamide, on the other hand, is revered as one of the biggest artistes in Nigeria.
He has earned a plethora of nominations and awards for his craft.
