Kizz Daniel, the Nigerian singer, has come through with a new extended play (EP) titled ‘Thankz Alot’.
The ‘Buga’ hitmaker announced the new project in a statement on Monday.
Daniel described ‘Thankz Alot’ as a “heartfelt expression of appreciation” to his fans for their support.
“The EP is a heartfelt expression of appreciation towards his loyal fanbase for their unwavering support throughout his illustrious ten-year career,” the statement reads in part.
“Kizz Daniel, known for his dynamic sound and captivating performances, aims to connect even deeper with his audience through this EP, which serves as a token of his gratitude.”
Last December, Daniel released ‘Twe Twe’ and ‘Too Busy to Be Bae’ off the four-track EP .
He enlisted Davido, the Afrobeats star, for the remix of ‘Twe Twe’ in January.
Other tracks in the EP include ‘Sooner’ and ‘Showa’.
“I am incredibly grateful for the love and support I have received from my fans throughout my career. ‘Thankz Alot’ is my way of expressing my appreciation and giving back to them for their unwavering support,” he added.
Daniel rose to stardom in 2015 following the release of his single titled ‘Woju’.
He signed a record deal with G-Worldwide Entertainment in 2013 but left the label following a contract dispute and court case.
He then floated Flyboy Inc, his record label, in November 2017, but recently stepped down as the CEO.
He signed Emperor Geezy, his ex-label boss, as Flyboy Inc.’s head honcho.
He has also received several awards and recognition for his craft.
