Justin Dean, the husband of Korra Obidi, has highlighted some of the reasons why he wants to end his marriage with the Nigerian dancer.
In a now-deleted post on his Instagram page, the American doctor accused Obidi of infidelity, unaccountability, and narcissism.
He disclosed that he has been saving the marriage since 2018.
He also claimed that he had always been threatened with divorce by the dancer whenever he does not do “exactly what she wants”.
“I’m tired of narcissism, cheating and lack of accountability. I’ve been trying since 2018 to save our marriage and if I don’t do exactly what she says, she divorces me,” he wrote.
“I’ve been a prisoner that has his family used against him if she doesn’t get exactly what she wants.”
On Wednesday, Dean said “it’s over” between the pair, adding that “I did my absolute best to make it work.”
Reacting to the American’s call for divorce on Friday, Obidi said she would now focus on taking care of herself and her new baby.
“So, I’m going to be 100% committed to taking care of my newborn baby and myself because the moment is good, baby is good,” she said.
“Thank you all for reaching out and for everything. Honestly, I don’t know what I would do without you supporting me. I love you.”
The pair are blessed with two children.
