Three years after releasing Royal Niger Company, Nigerian hip-hop artiste Jesse Jagz has put out his fourth studio album.
The new album Oddyseus has been hugely anticipated for the past few years by fans of the singer and Nigerian hip-hop enthusiasts.
In August 2016, he told TheCable Lifestyle that Oddyseus would be released that same month, promising that it would be followed by another album in November of that year.
By December, the album remained unreleased and the rapper would later apologise to fans, explaining that it would be further delayed.
He had said: “Sincere apology to my fans worldwide. My album Odysseus will not be dropping this year anymore,am still working on it with my team to give you all a top quality records.”
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Jesse Jagz wrote: “The moment you all my lovely and blessed fans have been waiting for is finally now, the album Odysseus is finally out on online music stores… Be a part of this history.”
The rapper also urged his fans to help “make it number one on iTunes”.
The album which contains 10 songs features Hot Ice, Styl Plus, Cynthia Morgan, R2Bees, and Burna Boy.
Jagz previous albums were Jag of All Tradez (2010), Jagz Nation, Vol.1. Thy Nation Come (2013) and Jagz Nation Vol. 2: Royal Niger Company(2014).
