Laura Jeyibo, the wife of late Koga entertainment CEO, Chris Jeyibo, says her late husband helped her become a “strong woman”.
She said Jeyibo “believed in her” even when she doubted her own capabilities and strength while she also spoke of his good deeds.
The widow made the heartfelt comments on Wednesday at the tribute service held for her late husband who died in a car accident on October 7.
Jeyibo lost his life after his SUV rammed into a parked trailer on Magodo road, Lagos.
“He believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself, he had so much faith in me and made me into a strong woman”, she said, and added that “he kept saying he wanted his children to get to where he never got to, we will miss him so much”.
The final burial of the deceased is scheduled to hold on Friday at St Leo’s catholic church after which the interment will hold at Vaults and Gardens in Ikoyi.
