Yetunde Barnabas, the Nigerian actress, has refuted claims that she welcomed a second child with her husband.
In a recent Instagram post, the Yoruba film star shared screenshots of Facebook pages claiming she had welcomed a baby girl.
She described the news as false while urging people to verify information before spreading it.
She added that “God’s time is the best” for such blessings and encouraged fans to channel their energy into supporting her new movie.
“As seen on Facebook I am not aware that I gave birth. Even though this is a goodnews pls stop spreading false rumors about me, and do your findings before posting,” she wrote.
“God’s time is the best. Pour this Energy on my new movie ‘The Return of Orisa Aiye’ now showing on YouTube on my channel.”

Barnabas tied the knot with Peter Olayinka, the Super Eagles striker, in March 2021.
They were said to have met in 2019 and started dating shortly after the encounter. The lovebirds welcomed their first child in 2022.
Barnabas came into the spotlight for her role as Miss Pepeiye in ‘Papa Ajasco’, a popular Nigerian family television sitcom created by Wale Adenuga in 1996.
Since then, she has continued to feature in several movies.
Before her foray into the movie landscape, Barnabas had an impressive career as a model who won several awards and recognition, including the Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja pageant in 2019.
Olayinka, on the other hand, plays for Slavia Prague, a professional football club in the Czech Republic.
He was part of the Super Eagles team that competed in the 2022 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon.
