Jackye Madu, a former housemate of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show, says she is withdrawing support for feminism after her experience with other women.
In a post on her Instagram page, the reality TV star said it’s unfortunate that women keep demanding for equal rights with men but have remained their own biggest enemies.
She recalled being body-shamed on numerous occasions by women.
“Guess who my biggest body shamers are… You guessed right ‘women’. The people who always try to pull me down with their words aka keypad warriors? ‘women,” she wrote.

“The sad truth is most women hate to see other women grow. They’ll try to bring you down because you’re who they aspire to be but don’t have the guts to be.”
According to her, such hatred among women has made it easier for their male counterparts to dominate them in several spheres of life.
“I’ve always wondered how it’s been possible for years to keep women secondary in a world they ought to rule, well now I understand,” she added.
“Anyone who has interacted with me knows I’m pro-women, I’m a feminist but after last night? Naaa…Una no be am.”
