LISTEN: Wizkid, Drake ‘Come Closer’ for hit-bound song

Nigerian music star, Wizkid, has released ‘Come Closer’, his latest collaboration with Canadian rapper, Aubrey ‘Drake’ Graham – almost three months after the song leaked online as ‘Hush Up The Silence‘.

The slow-paced song with a Caribbean melody was officially released in the wee hours of Friday.

‘Come Closer’, which has the potential of becoming a major hit song, is the third collaboration between both artists.

Drake and Skepta remixed Wizkid’s monster hit, Oljuelegba, in 2015 and he would later feature the Nigerian star in his 2016 chart topper, One Dance.

One Dance, which was one of the most successful songs of 2016, earned Wikid his first ever Grammy award nomination.

The music video of ‘Come Closer’ will also be released today.
