Lush Hair, a synthetic hair extensions and crochets firm, has put up N250,000 as the prize for the female guest with the ‘best hairdo’ at the 2020 Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards scheduled for next month.
Seun Oloketuyi, the founder of BON Awards, disclosed this in a statement seen by TheCable Lifestyle on Monday.
Oloketuyi, who doubles as BON’s convener, said the brand will also present gifts to guests at this year’s edition of the annual event.
“The partnership with Lush Hair is a fantastic one, and we are excited to have them on board,” the statement read.
“Their presence will definitely add colour to the event because the female guests with the best hairdo will be taking home a cash prize of N250,000, courtesy Lush Hair.
“Also, asides from them fixing one of our host’s (Tana Adelana) hair and ushers hair for the event, every guest at BON Awards 2020 will be taking home gifts from Lush Hair.”
BON Awards, which is currently in its 12th year, will hold its 2020 event on December 5 in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti state.
Its partnership with Lush Hair comes after it had revealed the nominees for this year’s prizes. Among those listed are Temi Otedola, Ramsey Nouah, Toyin Abraham, Efa Iwara, Bisola Aiyeola, and Abisola Adebayo.
