Wizkid and Burna Boy, Nigerian music stars, have been nominated for the ‘Best International Act’ category at the 2021 edition of the BET Awards.
The pair will slug it out with Aya Nakamura, D Platnumz, Emicida, Headie One, Young T & Bugsey, and Youssoupha.
The nomination further stretches Wizkid and Burna Boy’s impressive run at the annual event, with the duo scooping an award each at last year’s edition.
While the ‘African Giant’ singer bagged the ‘Best International Act’ award, the ‘Ojuelegba’ star secured the ‘BET HER’ category for his role in Beyoncé’s ‘Brown Skin Girl’.
The nominees for the 2021 awards were announced on Thursday.
