The BRIT Billion Award celebrates Wizkid’s outstanding achievement as a recording artiste in surpassing the landmark of one billion career streams in the UK – as calculated by the Official Charts Company.

Wizkid was able to achieve the feat — courtesy of hits like ‘Essence,’ ‘Brown Skin Girl,’ and ‘Made in Lagos’ album.

His performance at the Tottenham Stadium also makes him the first African artiste to headline a concert at “London’s largest stadium”.

The music star recently teased a new album. He also headlined the Glastonbury Festival in the UK.
