Television personality and vlogger, Toke Makinwa, has been at the receiving end of a barrage of attack on social media after expressing her dislike for men who call via Whatsapp.
Makinwa made this known in a video on her weekly vlog on love, sex and relationship.
“I think it is okay to Whatsapp, just as long as you also call,” she said.
“I think calling shows that he is also putting some efforts into wanting to speak with you, and when I say call, I don’t mean Whatsapp call.

Her perception about men who reach out via Whatsapp calls and texting a lot more than regular telephone calls earned her the wrath of so many who didn’t agree with her standpoint.
Makinwa, whose vlog occasionally elicits wide-ranging reactions, has been trending on Twitter for the past few hours.
Whatsapp video call = "awwwww he loves me"
Whatsapp voice call = "he can't spend his airtime on me?"
You see the retardation yet? No? Okay
