Teni, the Nigerian songstress, has taunted 2Baba amid his ongoing marital crisis with his wife Natasha Osawaru.

The controversy erupted after 2Baba’s former managers Kaka Igbokwe and Lori Tosan appeared on Daddy Freeze’s livestream, where they accused Natasha of trying to gain “full control” of the singer’s finances and career.

Tension heightened when 2Baba unexpectedly joined the session and firmly warned his former managers to stop discussing his private life.

Moments after he logged on, loud arguments between him and Natasha were heard off-camera.

Their exchange grew increasingly heated before the livestream abruptly ended.

Reacting to the unfolding drama, Teni, in a video post on X, jokingly called on fellow artistes, including Timaya and Kcee, to help “rescue” 2Baba. She playfully requested any available transportation — from cars to boats — for the mission.

“We have to go and pick up 2Baba quickly. We need a fighter jet, a boat, anything you have, bring it. Timaya, that your Porsche, we will need it. Kcee, we need your Cadillac,” she said.

She continued the jest, even mistakenly referring to Natasha as 2Baba’s “husband” before correcting herself.

“Baba, we are coming to save you from your husband, sorry, your wife’s house, or wherever you are. Anytime you hear ‘speed,’ 2Baba, just come out. I’m coming with the Avengers to save you, Baba,” she added.

“We don’t know what is happening; they have already carried you to somewhere we don’t know.”

Hyacinth Idibia, 2Baba’s brother, earlier appealed to the singer to accept help. 2Baba also urged his followers and the public not to amplify the situation, saying the heightened attention “is putting Natasha at risk”.

The Edo house of assembly has asked Osawaru, member representing Egor constituency, to appear before its ethics and privileges committee over her recent viral conduct.
