The first trailer for ‘Bloodshot’ has been released, with Vin Diesel, American screenwriter and Hollywood actor, playing the dead man that comes alive.
The trailer, released on Monday, features Diesel as Ray Garrison, a soldier killed on-duty but brought back to life as the superhero equipped with an army of nanotechnology by the RST Corporation, a company that spearheaded his return.
Garrison now becomes an unstoppable force while being plagued by his inability to tell what is real from what’s not due to the company’s control over his perception of the surrounding environment.
Suffering a total memory loss but imbued with an array of staggering new abilities, Garrison struggles to reconnect with who he really was while learning what sort of weapon he has become — aided by a team of fellow augmented combatants codenamed Chainsaw.
“Ray Garrison is a central character in the Valiant Comic Universe… And for me personally, one of the must complex characters I have been fortunate enough to play,” said the US actor.
Aside from Diesel, who plays the main character, other actors who star in ‘Bloodshot’ are Eiza Gonzalez, Sam Heughan, Toby Kebbell, Talulah Riley, Alex Hernandez, Lamorne Morris, Johannes Haukur Johannesson, and Guy Pearce.
The movie sci-fi thriller is directed by Dave Wilson and is billed to hit the cinemas on February 21, 2020.
