Ramsey Nouah, Nigerian actor, has dropped the trailer for ‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free,’ slated to be released on November 8, 2019.
The award-winning movie star took to his Instagram page on Thursday to share snippets of the highly-anticipated film.
‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free’ is a sequel to the well acclaimed Nollywood blockbuster ‘Living in Bondage’.
Written by Nicole Asinugo and C.J. Obasi, the film tells the story of Nnamdi, Andy Okeke‘s mysterious son, and his do-or-die approach to getting luxuries of life at his disposal.
He joins a secret cult where members of the fraternity swore their loyalty to ‘Lucifer’ and kill their loved ones in ritualized sacrifices for wealth.
Nnamdi met the demands of the cult and eventually became very rich; however, the nemesis that unfolded became the intrigues that define his ‘Living in Bondage.’
The movie also features prominent stars including Kenneth Okonkwo, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Enyinna Nwigwe, Nancy Isime and Munachi Abii.
David ‘Davido’ Adeleke and Flavour N’abania, music heavyweights, were said to have submitted their voices to the original soundtrack of ‘Living in Bondage: Breaking Free’.
‘Living in Bondage’ remake is created by Play Network Africa in conjunction with Native Filmworks and co-produced by Steve Gukas, Dotun Olakurin and Charles Okpaleke. The film is directed by Nouah.
The production of the movie began in June 2018, with locations in Lagos, Owerri, Durban, South Africa, and beyond.
