Nathaniel Bassey, Nigerian gospel singer, has come through with the visuals for ‘Righteous One’, a track off ‘Hallelujah Again’, his 2021 studio album.
The prolific trumpeter took to his social media pages to announce the music video release, featuring Victoria Orenze, another gospel musician, on Friday.
The eight-minute-long video sees the music stars worshiping God in significantly expressive and soulful ways in the presence of heavy musical instruments.
“Righteous One, holy One, Emmanuel, You are God with us| Jesus Christ, anointed One, You are Messiah| my heart’s desire is to know you much more| to live and walk in your will| Is to love you much more, beholding the glory of your face| Righteous One, righteous One, that’s who you are| Who you are, that’s who you are, ooh,” they can be heard singing.
The 42-year-old songwriter had on April 1 released the 14-track album which includes hit tracks like ‘Olorun Agbaye – You are mighty’, ‘Hungry for you’, ‘Call on me’, ‘I remember’, and ‘So good’.
The body of work also featured several music stars including Sinach, Ada Ehi, Chandler Moore, Oba and Grace Omosebi.
