Tiwa Savage, the Nigerian singer, has shared a teary video clip of herself and Brandy, the US music star, during the production of ‘Somebody’s Son’, a track off ‘Water & Garri’, her latest EP.
The music stars had collaborated for the hit track which has continued to garner positive reviews across the music landscape.
In the less than three-minute video clip, the singers were seen seated in the studio while listening to the lyrics of the song after recording it.
As the song continues to play in the background, the pair got emotional and broke down in tears, ostensibly stunned by each other’s creativity.
Tiwa, who could not contain her excitement, was seen exiting the room to wipe her tears before returning back with smiles etched on her face.
In the same vein, Brandy, who could be seen moving her body to the song’s lyrics, also struggled to contain her emotions as she occasionally wiped her face.
In a terse post accompanying the video, the ‘44-99‘ crooner expressed her excitement featuring Brandy on the project.
“This song wow, it hits me like it’s a gospel song,” she wrote on Instagram.
On ‘Somebody’s Son’, Tiwa and Brandy ruminate on the love to come and the anxiety that usually trails the early stages of every relationship.
