It’s Christmas Eve and Drake, award-winning Canadian rapper, has surprised his numerous fans across the globe with an early present — a new single titled ‘War’.
The gifted singer took to his social media pages in the early hours of Tuesday to bless music lovers with his latest offerings, accompanied with a beautiful visuals.
“And the boy that sounds like he sang on Thriller/You know that’s been my nigga/Yeah, we just had to fix things/Family, 6 tings, we can’t split up,” he rap-sings on the three-minute track.
Drake also addresses his protracted feud with The Weeknd, saying “we just had to fix things, family, 6 tings, we can’t split up.”
The rift between the duo first flared up when both dated Bella Hadid, who isn’t name-dropped on ‘War’, but her sister, Gigi, is: “If man get beaky, ring ring, call up Gigi, do him up neatly.”
In the clip, shot by Theo Skudra, Drizzy and his OVO pals are also seen enjoying a proper white Christmas.
The video is made up of tranquil shots of a lovely ski vacation where Drake and his team appear to be chilling out on the slopes as they drink, ride snow mobiles and warm up around a roaring fire.
