Flavour N’abania, the Nigerian highlife singer, delivered an electrifying performance at the THISDAY 30th anniversary party on Monday at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.

Founded on January 22, 1995, by Nduka Obaigbena, THISDAY is regarded as one of Nigeria’s most reputable media companies.

The 30th-anniversary party was attended by several dignitaries and industry experts, celebrating three decades of excellence in journalism.

Flavour took the audience on a nostalgic journey, performing hits from his extensive catalogue, including ‘Adanma,’ ‘Ada Ada,’ and ‘Bottom Belle’.

In now-viral videos, the crowd sang along enthusiastically as the singer performed hits like ‘Adanma’, ‘Ada Ada’, and ‘Bottom Belle’.

Flavour, famed for his ability to sing fluently in the Igbo language, was born in Enugu. He began his music career at 13; playing the drums for his church choir.

In 2005, Flavour released his debut album ‘N’abania’ through Obaino Music.

Since then, he has released eight albums. The projects include ‘African Royalty’, ‘Flavour of Africa’ (2020), ‘Awele’ (2018), ‘Ijele The Traveler’ (2017) and ‘Thankful’ (2014).

Others include ‘Blessed’ (2012), ‘Uplifted’ (2010) and ‘N’abania’ (2005).

Flavour has also established himself as a household name in the music industry with a plethora of awards and nominations for his craft.
