VeryDarkMan will learn the hard way for criticising Lord’s Chosen, says Lazarus Muoka

Lazarus Muoka, the general overseer of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, has called out VeryDarkMan for allegedly criticising his church.

Last month, clips of the church’s members sharing their strange testimonies went viral on social media.

In one of the videos, an elderly woman claimed she was attacked by four armed robbers but miraculously gained control of their guns.

Similarly, a man testified that he survived kidnapping, machete attacks, and gunshots “without sustaining any injuries”.

Another man alleged that a lion rescued him from kidnappers by lifting him into the air and guiding him to safety.

The clips sparked skepticism and questions about the authenticity of the church members’ testimonies.

Speaking to his congregation in a recent video, Mouka said he was told that the activist “made negative comments about my church”.

The cleric alleged that the activist said “Chosen members will learn the hard way”.

Mouka said he he told the person “VeryDarkMan is learning something today in a hard way” — implying that the activist is in a difficult situation due to his remarks about Chosen.

“Somebody came to talk to me and said ‘Pastor, do you see this man that is talking against us? The man said Chosen people will learn something the hard way,” he said.

“And he mentioned the name of the man and he is called VeryDarkMan. I said no, Chosen will not learn something the hard way and that he is the one who will learn something the hard way.

“I didn’t speak evil of him. I only made a statement. I don’t want to speak evil, because if I say anything negative or evil, it will happen immediately.

“I cannot speak evil against any man but I’m telling you that VeryDarkMan is learning something today in a hard way. I didn’t say that in order to punish him, I only said what he said.

“If God’s anointed gets angry with you, you are finished.”

Mouka’s remarks came amid VeryDarkMan’s controversy involving Bobrisky, the crossdresser, rapper Falz and his father Femi Falana, as well as some officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS).
