Driven by desperation in the unforgiving streets of Azuama, Elijah seeks an unthinkable solution from a notorious gang leader.
The movie explores the complexities of family, survival, the consequences of choices, and the enduring possibility of redemption.
‘Kill Boro’ is written by Priye Diri and Kester Nirim.
The movie features Nollywood stars such as Ini-Dima Okojie, Yibo Koko, Hilda Dokubo, and Brutus Richard.
Other cast members are Kosisochukwu Ogboruche, Philip Asaya, and Gregory Ojefua.
‘Kill Boro’ is an addition to the ‘First Features’ initiative’s 12-film slate by Native Filmworks and Michelangelo Productions.
Spearheaded by the filmmakers Steve Gukas and Dotun Olakunri, the ‘First Features’ provides training, mentorship, and funding for the production of debut feature films by emerging voices within the Nigerian film industry.
Gukas said ‘Kill Boro’ marks the continuation of the initiative’s mission to empower emerging filmmakers.
“It reflects our unwavering commitment to elevating Nigerian cinema by nurturing emerging talents with top-tier industry expertise,” he said.
