Tiwa Savage, Waje, Titi Atiku Abubakar and Omawumi have congratulated Tems on her first-ever Grammy award win.
The songstress won the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ category on Sunday night for her role in ‘Wait for U’, the 2022 hit song by Future featuring Drake.
The prominent women took their individual social media pages on Monday to send their congratulatory messages to the songstress.
Tiwa Savage expressed her “unending love” for Tems, while massive congratulations poured in from Omawumi, Titi, Waje and Adesua Etomi.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) earlier praised the singer for being the “first female Nigerian artiste” to achieve the feat.
Tems and Burna Boy were the only Nigerian artistes nominated for the 2023 edition of the Grammy Awards.
Burna Boy, on the other hand, lost the ‘Best Global Music Album’ and the ‘Best Global Music Performance’ categories.
This year’s Grammy Awards ceremony was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Tems has been enjoying massive reception from music lovers since she dropped ‘Try Me’ in August 2019.
She gained international prominence after featuring in ‘Essence’, a collaborative song with Wizkid.
In June 2022, Tems expressed gratitude to her fellow female Afrobeats stars who paved the way for her in the music industry.
The multi-talented songstress hailed the likes of Asa, Omawumi, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Waje, Simi, and Niniola for “inspiring me”.
