Diddy, hip-hop mogul, has described his relationship with Kim Porter, deceased actress and model, as “more than soulmates”.

Diddy held a private memorial for Porter at his Bel-Air home on Sunday.

Porter was found dead in her Los Angeles home on Thursday.

The duo had three children together from their on and off romantic relationship that started in 1994 and split ways in 2007.

In posts on his Twitter and Instagram pages, Diddy said they were more than soulmates.

“For the last three day,s I’ve been trying to wake up out of this nightmare. But I haven’t. I don’t know what I’m going to do without you baby. I miss you so much. Today I’m going to pay tribute to you, I’m going to try and find the words to explain our unexplainable relationship,” he captioned a maternity shoot video of both of them.

“We were more than best friends, we were more than soulmates. We were some other sh*t And I miss you so much. Super Black Love.

“Words can’t explain 🖤Forever and ever and ever. I’ll raise our family just like you taught me to. Love you forever.”

The actress/model was said to have been “suffering flu-like symptoms, and possibly pneumonia, for several weeks” before her death.

Porter also has a son, Quincy Brown, from her previous relationship with singer/producer, Al B. Sure.

Porter once said about their relationship: “Sean and I have this bond, this friendship. I’m the person he can tell his innermost thoughts to and he’s that person for me. He still calls me every day and we talk.”
