Joshua Iniyezo, the Nigerian singer better known as Solidstar, has announced his engagement to his partner.
The singer took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to share a photo of the engagement ring on the finger of his wife-to-be while describing her as a “good woman”.
“Good woman no dey easy to find,” he wrote.

The lady was also seen flaunting her engagement ring in another photo with a smile etched on her face.
However, the identity of the lady was not revealed. It also remains to be seen if the singer’s wife-to-be is his baby mama. He has a son with his baby mama named Joshua Jr.
Solidstar started his music career at age 14 as a drummer for a local church in his hometown, Delta state.
He then ventured into the music landscape professionally after being discovered at a music talent show in Ajegunle, Lagos where he was introduced to Paul Cole, a record label boss.
In 2010, SolidStar formally signed to Achievas Record, and his debut album ‘One In A Million’ was subsequently released under the label.
Aside from his debut, he has put out four more albums. They are ‘Grace$Glory’, ‘W.E.E.D’, ‘Solidstar’ and ‘The Light’.
Since then, Solidstar has been recognised for his ability to sing fluently in English, Isoko, and Igbo.
In May 2023, he boasted about being the ‘best artiste in Africa’.
