Seyi Law, the stand-up comedian, has alleged death threats against Tiwaloluwa Aletile, his daughter, following his political choice.

In February, the comedian endorsed Bola Ahmed Tinubu as his preferred presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections.

But on Thursday, Seyi Law took to social media to share screenshots of disturbing messages that were sent to his wife by a troll, who allegedly threatened to take the life of his daughter.

“Tell your husband, UK no go contain Una. This your daughter must die,” the troll wrote.

In a follow-up post, the comedian thanked people who reached out to help him find the troll.

He also addressed those who mocked him, saying he initially wanted to ignore the troll but an incident warranted him to share the post.

“First, I want to thank those who reached out to me and have started working to bring this person to book. I really appreciate you,” he said.

“To those of you who still think the situation is an opportunity to mock me, please enjoy your moment. I chose to ignore the person before, but an incident warranted me posting it. Check the date.

“God willing when the person is found. I hope I won’t be accused of intimidation or oppression. God bless you.”
