Dikeh and Iyanya have been in the news since Yvonne Nelson, the Ghanaian actress, alleged that they had an affair.

Nelson, who previously dated Iyanya, alleged in her new book that the musician cheated on her with Dikeh while they were still in a relationship.

The claim sparked flurry of reactions on social media, prompting people to dig up previous clips and reports involving the celebrities.

In the 2013 video, Dikeh, who appeared on Rubbin’ Minds, a Channels TV programme, said she does not know Iyanya “personally”.

The film star, however, said she likes the singer and admires his work.

“When I tell people, I’ve just met him like once or twice, people don’t believe it. I don’t know him,” she had said.

“Although I admire his work, I like him, I could say I love him as a fan. I’m a fan too but I don’t know him personally. I think he’s a good person.

“I think people just take advantage of the fact that I don’t really come out to say that’s not true.

“I don’t come out to deny anything, I think it’s just a publicity stunt. Why would I enjoy it? I am publicity.”

When asked if she and Nelson were close friends, she said: “No, but we’ve done a couple of movies together. I think she’s cool, I like her body, I think it’s working well for her”.
