DailyMail reports that the pair, despite not being legally married, signed a prenuptial agreement to ensure that Rodriguez receives lifetime financial support.

The agreement stipulates that, in the event of a breakup, Rodriguez would be handed the ownership of their home in La Finca, Madrid.

The 29-year-old model would also receive a monthly allowance of £85,900 (€100,000) for the rest of her life.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been together since November 2016.

The couple have two children together, Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda.

Rodriguez is also the mother of the footballer’s three other children.

They are Cristiano Ronaldo Jnr and the twins Eva and Mateo, who were born through a surrogate.

Rodriguez’s monthly alimony is said to be based on her being the mother to all five of Ronaldo’s children, not solely her biological daughters, in the eyes of the law.

Ronaldo’s annual earnings said to be over £109m is the highest figure made by a footballer in history.

Last month, Ronaldo was named the world’s highest-paid athlete by Forbes, the US business magazine.

“Topping the list is Cristiano Ronaldo, who made an estimated $136 million over the last 12 months as he jumped from England’s Premier League to Saudi Arabian soccer club Al Nassr,” the magazine’s feature reads.
