Some people prefer to see everything that transpires during sexual intercourse while others would rather just feel and enjoy, and not necessarily visualise.

Just as sexual fetishes and positions are based on preferences, the choice of leaving the lights off or on is also based on an individual’s personal disposition.

Proponents of ‘lights on’ would argue that the ability to see what takes place during intercourse serves as a stimulant and a turn on, while the ‘lights out’ folks are perhaps more keen on enjoying the intimacy without necessarily seeing it.
