Phyna, the winner of Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season seven, has opened up about an attempt on her life.
The reality TV star took to her Twitter page on Friday to reveal that she was saved from poisoning.
She also wondered why anyone would have “so much hatred” towards her.
“I was saved from poisoning. I have never offended anybody. I have a pure heart and soul why so much hatred. God saved me,” she wrote.

The singer and actor, however, did not provide more details on the incident.
In October, Phyna won the 2022 edition of BBNaija reality show after defeating her rivals to claim the N100 million grand prize.
She also became the second female housemate to win the reality show after Mercy Eke in 2019.
Ever since she won the seventh edition of the BBNaija reality show, Phyna has always been on the spotlight for various reasons.
In November, she was appointed as a youth ambassador in Edo state. In the same month, the reality star bought a car for her father.
Earlier in the year, the TV star also bought a car for herself.
She currently runs the Josephina Otabor Foundation, a non-governmental organisation that caters for the less privileged.
