Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, Nigerian singer better known as Peruzzi, has announced his debut album ‘Hunch Album’.
The 28-year-old singer, who is signed to Davido’s record label, took to his Twitter page to share the album art to the forthcoming body of work.
“My people, thanks for the love and support so far. It’s been an amazing ride with you all. I’m glad to announce my first album ‘Hunch Vibes’. Accept it, love it and tell the world about it” he wrote.

Peruzzi had, after bursting into the limelight, narrated how he made an incursion into the music scene and got signed to Davido’s label without having to pay the record label boss a dime.
“I woke up one day to a lot of messages to go and check Davido’s snap that ‘he’s playing your song’. I went there and saw my name on the video he posted. He was on tour at the time, so I chilled for him to get back. I linked up with him at the club after his US tour,” he had said.
“And then I found my way to him and immediately I met David, the first thing he said to me was ‘I play your song every day in my car’ and he said ‘come to the house tomorrow’ and that was it. I did not have to pay David any money. We met and then he liked my vibe and that was it.”
The Headies-nominated singer was recently embroiled in a controversy after he slapped a social media influencer over the latter’s comparative, albeit, critical comments about him, following his loss to Teni, Afrobeats vocalist, at the 2018 Soundcity MVP Awards.
He was also accused of breaching his contract with Golden Boy Entertainment after Patrick Anyaene, the label’s CEO, claimed ownership of Davido’s songs and stated that he expects a return on the investments because the songs were written by Peruzzi.
