Omoni Oboli, Nigerian actress and film director, has taken to social media to celebrate Nnamdi, her husband, on the occasion of their 21st wedding anniversary.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the movie star appreciated God for sustaining the union over the years.
The actress also reaffirmed her love for her husband in the post which was accompanied by a loved-up photo of the lovebirds.
“Do you know what today is? It’s our anniversary. 21 years don waka. We still dey carry go, nobody waka, nobody go solo! Baba God na your grace o. I love you Nnamdi! Today more than the first day @nnamdioboli,” she wrote in a mixture of English and Pidgin.
Omoni, 41, and Nnamdi, 51, tied the knot on October 28, 2000. The union has been blessed with three children namely Gozi, Chizi, and Tobe.
With numerous awards and recognition, the actress has established herself as a household name in the Nigerian movie landscape.
She has directed several Nollywood blockbusters including ‘The First Lady’, ‘Wives on Strike, and ‘Okafor’s Law’.
Nnamdi has also continued to pull the strings as a filmmaker and an optometrist.
The graduate of Optometry from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has co-produced several hit movies with his wife. They include ‘Being Mrs Elliott’ and ‘Render to Ceasar.’
