Nick Cannon, the American television host, actor and singer, is expecting his eighth child with Breana Tiesi, a model.
According to TMZ, the expecting parents organised a gender reveal party in Malibu on Sunday, while guests were sprayed with blue confetti, which confirmed that their baby is a boy.
Cannon and Tiesi posed for photos at the party in all white, with her baby bump obvious in her cinched dress.
The pregnancy comes shortly after she had finalised her divorce from Johnny Manziel, an American football quarterback.
The development also comes a few weeks after the singer lost Zen, his five-month-old son, to brain cancer.
In December, Cannon had revealed that Zen, who was his seventh child, died due to brain cancer. He had welcomed the child with Alyssa Scott in June 2021.
Zen was the fourth of Cannon’s kids born under six months.
The 40-year-old comedian had welcomed Zion and Zillion, his twin sons, with Abby De La Rosa, American disc jockey, on June 14, 2021, and Powerful, his daughter, with Brittany Bell, another model, in December 2020.
Cannon and Mariah Carey, his ex-wife, had given birth to Monroe and Moroccan, another twin, about ten years ago.
On the first episode of The Nick Cannon Show, he teased that he was trying to remain celibate until 2022. This was after he fathered four kids with three women between 2020 and 2021.
