Neo Akpofure, a fellow housemate at the show, took to his social media page to break the good news on Friday.

“Omo my girl oo.. Senior Special Assistant to the Governor and Face of Bayelsa State. Congrats my sister,” he wrote in a post that was retweeted by Nengi.

The appointments further stretch what has been an impressive year for the entrepreneur since the end of the reality TV show.

It comes days after she made her Nollywood debut in the remake of ‘Rattle Snake’, a forthcoming movie by Play Networks.

TheCable Lifestyle had also reported how Laycon, winner of this year’s edition of the show, was appointed youth ambassador of Ogun state, by Dapo Abiodun, the governor.

Nengi was one of the most-talked-about housemates while the reality show lasted over her friendship with Ozoemena ‘Ozo’ Chukwu.
