Rapper MI Abaga stepped on toes when he released a song criticising Nigerian rappers, one of which is N6, a radio presenter and rapper.

On the song, Abaga had said no other rapper is capable of taking the mantle from him, urging his “underperforming” colleagues to “fix up” their lives.

N6 has responded to Abaga’s “opening of Pandora’s box” with a new song released on Thursday.

“No beef intended. Just a friendly Joust. #ForTheCulture,” he captioned the track which was posted on Soundcloud.

N6 questioned MI’s management of his record label and wondered how he let Brymo and Pryce slip away from Chocolate City.

Shortly after the release of the track, MI took to Twitter to respond.

Loose Kaynon also came out to reply the radio presenter, asking him not to mention his name.

“Please ensure that you don’t speak my name disrespectfully. If you’re going to talk like you really want a problem, rap better,” he said.

N6 responded to Abaga’s reaction, saying: “Love you bro, I actually had fun kicking them lines. #FixUpToo.”
