Cody, son of Ben Murray-Bruce, a former Nigerian senator, is billed to work as production assistant on a new documentary by Kevin Garnett, a US basketball legend.
The former lawmaker took to his social media page on Saturday to break the news.
“My son Cody with NBA Champion, and multiple time all-Star, @KevinGarnett5KG at Silverbird’s Dream Magic Studios in Los Angeles. Cody studies film and will be working as a production assistant on Kevin’s new documentary. Watch out,” he wrote on Twitter.

The development comes months after Murray-Bruce signed Kevin on an entertainment partnership with Dream Magic Studios in Los Angeles.
Murray-Bruce, who represented Bayelsa east constituency at the senate between 2015 and 2019, made headlines for several reasons during his time as a lawmaker.
He was christened several names including ‘Common sense minister’ and ‘Twitter Senator’ for his frequent criticisms of societal ills in the country on his social media pages.
In 2018, the former legislator described Fela Kuti, the late king of Afrobeat, as the “greatest leader to come out of Africa”.
Kevin was known for his intensity, defensive ability and versatility during his 21-season stint in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
His impressive basketball career has made him to be considered by some as one of greatest NBA forwards of all-time.
